try to take the day off today
go to Church or serve GOD in whatever way is best known to you, touch grass, relax, etc
we've got a LOT of time ahead of us
and you need to be mentally stable and fully refreshed to make the right decisions, maximize the opportunities ahead, and make it through what's coming
taking Sundays off is going to be incredibly beneficial for you going forward IMO
