- -5 @WHOOP age, 4.0 tennis, sun whenever i can get it
- @WeWork cold brew, dual mac monitors
- being around young builders
- magnesium glycinate + lion's mane + creatine
- sunscreen because i still have to go outside

- 20-min evening sauna
