It was an honor to present the Kolligian Trophy to Capt. Cloninger for his extraordinary Airmanship. While in the CENTCOM AOR, he faced an emergency in his F-22 while carrying a full combat load. Under pressure, he remained disciplined, trusted his training and made great decisions. Proud of you, Wax.
