Whoop AI can now create custom graphs for you of your data. It will keep getting better.
The new @whoop interactive "all time history" chart confirm what I felt: I am at my fittest in July over the years (2019-now), when summarised by HRV and resting heart rate. December is a particular "bad" month, much shorter daylight in The Netherlands and way more eating/drinking due to Christmas/NYE.
