Big step for Salt Markets today. The Alpha vault is now live on @monad through Accountable’s YieldApp. It is a whitelisted USDC vault for institutional allocators, with a 125k minimum and 12.14% expected net APY. The Accountable integration is a big part of the setup. Capital movements are attested through its DVN, while the same verification layer gives better visibility into the private credit book underneath. That means more than better reporting. The data can feed into underwriting, ongoing monitoring and risk assessment instead of investors relying mainly on periodic updates. For a market as opaque as private credit, that is where blockchain can actually be useful: making more of the credit lifecycle verifiable as it happens.
