Karpathy spent years saying it out loud: the model doesn't get better from clever architecture, it gets better from millions of vehicles streaming video and telemetry back home. @NATIXNetwork just open-sourced that exact combination on @huggingface: multi-camera footage paired with wheel angle, pedal position, speed and automotive-grade GPS. the data advantage that used to need a fleet is now a free download.
