The real question is, how will the votes be registered for the one-third of Delhi's voters whose names were deleted? They deleted the votes of Delhi's poor tenants, claiming that if they had changed residences, they wouldn't even be issued an SIR enumeration form because they no longer lived at the address listed on their voter cards. Yet, Rekha Gupta, Kapil Mishra, and Ashish Sood do not reside at the addresses listed for them either. So how did their votes get registered? This is a clear case of rigging, and the focus on these high-profile names is merely a smokescreen."
