Miners/mining pools should be treated as an employees of the network and nothing else. Coretards and NPC bitcoiners can't even imagine this kind of mining decentralization pie chart. We still have a long way to go but bitcoin BLAKE2b's (aka bitcoin) future looks very promising at this point.
