MemeCore principals 和 Nasdaq 上市公司 ZeroStack 达成一笔10亿美元级战略交易，涉及约 9.26亿枚 $M，按 $1.08/M计价。
但我觉得真正NB的不是“10亿美元”这个数字，而是这一动作背后的意义。
以前了解的MemeCore，大家想到的是Meme + L1 + Crypto生态；现在开始往 Nasdaq + AI + 机构资本这边接。
尤其 ZeroStack 本身就在做 Decentralized AI，这就让整个故事更有想象力了。
Meme Economy × DeAI × Digital Assets × Wall Street
这不是“$M 上 Nasdaq”，部分 warrants 对应股份也还需要股东批准。
所以别急着把它当成结果，更要关注的点是，MemeCore 能不能真的把 Crypto、AI 和传统资本市场这三张牌打到一起。
如果能，这可能才是这次合作真正有想象力的地方。
