After more than a year of bipartisan work, the Ways and Means Committee is marking up the first-ever tax framework for digital assets, bringing much needed tax certainty to this growing part of our economy. Today’s markup also includes legislation to strengthen tax administration, expand access to lifesaving health care, crack down on forced labor in critical mineral supply chains, and support hardworking moms and families.
