Elon, here is no known finite “volume of the Universe” to count in Planck cubes. The Universe may be spatially infinite. But even if finite, it’s expanding and its global topology and total volume are unknown. So you cannot define a maximum physically relevant number of digits of π. (Also there’s nothing special about the Planck length. It’s just a combination of constants like the Planck mass, which is about the mass of a flea’s egg, not some magical quantity that sets the bound on masses generally)
