B’s Spin🐝(@BsSpin):WATCH THE TONGUE. It really IS blue. This little guy is a blue-tongued skink (Tiliqua scincoides) and he apparently wants to make sure nobody forgets how he got his name. Just strolling along, sticking his tongue out. A few more steps … tongue out again. That bright blue tongue isn’t just for show, either. It can be flashed as a warning to startle predators. But this one looks less intimidating and more like he’s proudly showing it off.😂 I’ve been watching that tongue come out way too many times.
