Matt Gutman(@CBSMATTGUTMAN):I first met Heidi 25 years ago in the West Bank. She has been reporting from there for decades, and is one of the most knowledgeable journalists covering the story. Courageous but also smart and careful. Many of us have been roughed up in the West Bank, this level of violence is unprecedented.
