A privilege to have partnered in a small way with @BeastPhilanthr over the past year on this project. What @MrBeast and his team have built goes far beyond this village. The model is meticulously designed around the many nuanced, often overlooked issues that cause projects like this to break down years after the cameras and initial funding leave. And with full transparency into its effectiveness built in, we’ll actually be able to see what works, what doesn’t, and improve from there. I’ve also gotten to know and love this team over the past year and have watched them pour their hearts into this project, making countless personal and professional sacrifices to get it right. It has not been easy. Hopefully this becomes a proving ground for a model that can be replicated at scale and ultimately help eliminate child labor globally.
