You can have the most amazing video with great content, editing and production but if you can't grab people's attention in the first place, your video isn't going to do well. There are well known formulas that give you decent results but every niche gets to a point where everyone looks and sounds the same especially in this AI era. When people plan their next thumbnail and title, they only look at their competitors, which is fine, but your video won't stand out from anything around it. So look at completely different industries instead. Find videos with millions of views and strong engagement, take those formulas and apply them to your next video. That's how we got 2.4 million views on one video. I copied the idea from motivational speaker videos. I was benchmarking other niches and noticed the same phrase kept showing up on the best performing videos. "Michael Jordan's most motivational speech left audience speechless". "Kobe Bryant left audience speechless". The same words, just talking about a different person. Then I found another one. Important person stuns important person.
