Fixed rates are the first thing you see, with every stock's rate side by side. Pick Pfizer, type an amount, choose what you're paying with, and the screen tells you what you get and when it comes back. The number on the card is shares at today's price. The share count is fixed, the dollar value moves with the stock, same as holding it. What you lock in is the discount. Still in testing, not the final version. But the direction is set! fewer steps, plainer wording.
