My bill the Protect Children’s Innocence Act, HR 3492, passed the House and is sitting in the Senate waiting to be voted on. It would criminalize gender affirming care on minors under 18 aka trans medical treatments on kids. It is Trump’s EO and Vance the Senate bill sponsor before he became VP. Why won’t Senate Republicans vote on this bill the House passed? Go on record. Which Senators will vote to protect children and allow them to just grow up before they make any changes to their body? Are they refusing to vote on it because it’s my bill? Is the WH holding it back because it has my name on it? Are they that petty, that they would refuse to take the one opportunity they have in front of them right now with a bill that’s already passed the House, a bill that the vice president sponsored as a senator, and a bill that the president signed an executive order saying the same thing? Why can’t Republicans protect kids like they campaigned and promised they would?
