In light of the truth exposing our corrupt scientific agencies from ODNI, it’s time to reward the truth tellers and stop the witch-hunt of ethical practitioners that had only their patients well-being in mind. December 21, 2023: U.S. District Judge James K. Bredar granted a judgment of acquittal on all counts (setting aside the jury verdict) in a detailed ~90–93-page opinion. He also conditionally granted a new trial. The judge ruled the government failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the billing was objectively false or that Elfenbein acted with intent to defraud.
