Imo the Unitree R1 is an inherently unsafe humanoid, especially around children despite its petite size
While I encourage exposing kids to robotics early, parents should think twice before purchasing an R1 for their kids, and if they do, they should provide strict adult supervision
The aesthetic, size and cost is clearly aimed towards families
But beware of the dangers
