Bin Laden was angry about: (1) basing of American soldiers in KSA, (2) American support for Israel, (3) the state department convincing Sudan to steal his ranch and kick him out of the country. The women/sex issue was important to Sayyid Qutb who died in 1966 and was therefore not involved in 9/11.
