The 78th Marine Propulsion Control Technology Course (#MPCTC#) commenced at #MILIT#, Pune, bringing together 41 officers—17 from the #IndianNavy#, 8 from the #IndianCoastGuard# and 16 from Friendly Foreign Countries, including #Namibia#, #Togo#, #Tanzania#, #Philippines# and #SriLanka#.
Major General Naveen Thapliyal, Commandant #MILIT# interacted with the student officers, encouraging participants to embrace emerging #MarineEngineering# technologies and innovative solutions to meet evolving maritime challenges.
The course provides advanced training in marine propulsion control systems, embedded systems, signal processing, mechatronics, simulation and modelling and microcontrollers, equipping officers to meet the future maritime operational requirements.
