It copies your conversation so you can explore a completely different direction with the context you’ve already built, instead of explaining everything again. › Planning a campaign? Explore a different target audience without mixing both approaches into the same discussion. › Researching a topic? Take an interesting side question into its own conversation instead of burying your main research. › Planning a trip? Explore a cheaper itinerary while keeping the original trip discussion intact. For example, send: /branch alternative-campaign Then continue in the branch: “What would this campaign look like for a completely different audience?” And it just got more useful in messaging apps. In supported Discord, Telegram, Slack and Matrix chats, the branch now opens in its own thread. Your original chat stays on the original conversation. In the CLI and chats without thread support, it switches you into the copy instead.
