Apart from the Netherlands, France has already moved its remaining 129 tonnes of gold held at the New York Fed, with all of its roughly 2,437 tonnes now held domestically.
Germany ๐ฉ๐ช has also seen renewed political calls to bring its remaining 1,236 tonnes in New York back home, including calls from economists, politicians and taxpayer groups.
Italy ๐ฎ๐น has also seen public calls for its gold held in the US to be repatriated amid concerns over the changing US-European relationship.
