Because every wheel is controlled by software, the same surface can push an object in any direction, rotate it on the spot, or move several parcels along different paths at once. Its singulation system uses that to comb a bulk heap of parcels into one correctly oriented single file line, at up to 10,000 pieces an hour on three to five square metres.
