Also, not only will it pay your bills, it will analyze them first for any discrepancies or areas of dispute. And if it has difficulties with any vendor's website (especially state quasi-governmental ones such as toll roads which generally have horrendously old tech), it won't give up. It will bird dog it all the way down to contacting the agency via email or figuring out another way to pay.
