Today, we were told by a representative that he was going to personally handle our case until it was resolved and promised to provide us with a plan and timeline within 48 hours. We had to point out to him that he needed to check our case records again because he had given us precisely that same speech three weeks ago. He then told us that he had to transfer us to another department that had closed in the 45 minutes it took us to wait for him to take our call.

Hey, @Samsung, how many home service attempts is reasonable before you replace a high-end television that failed under warranty? I'm at 13 right now (including two over seven hours) and it still doesn't work.
