The reason we know it was him and his rifle on the roof is because of the corroborating evidence. Investigators recovered and photographed his rifle, wrapped in a towel, in the woods along the shooter’s escape route. Robinson’s texts discussed retrieving “my rifle” and he wrote, “Judging from today, I’d say grandpa’s gun does just fine.” His father identified him and his rifle from the photographs and confronted him about it. Why was Tyler Robinson's rifle hundreds of miles from his home stashed in the woods next to where Charlie Kirk was shot? Why do his texts about retrieving it coincide with doorbell footage showing his car near the hiding place and a Google Maps route on his phone leading from that area back to his home in Orem? - Tyler Robinson was the major DNA contributor on the rifle, towel, and screwdriver. The rifle results reached at least one trillion to one. Robinson’s profile was approximately 95% of the DNA mixture on the towel and 89% on the screwdriver. One unusable swab from one exposed section of the roof changes none of that. Why was Robinson the primary DNA contributor on all three items, including the screwdriver left on the roof? - Show me the evidence that bomb-sniffing dogs searched the rifle’s exact location, found nothing, and then the FBI “magically” discovered it. I have never seen evidence supporting that claim. If you're claiming the FBI planted the rifle, why did Robinson text about retrieving “my rifle”? Why are those text messages corroborated by Ring doorbell footage showing his car in that location and Google Maps data on his phone? Why did forensic analysis identify the same Dremel as having engraved the “test shot” casing found at Robinson’s home, the fired casing inside the rifle, and three unfired cartridges loaded into it? Why had Robinson asked his boyfriend for that Dremel a month earlier to engrave bullets? Why did he later text Lance: “Remember how I was engraving bullets? The messages were mostly a big meme, if I see “notices bulge UWU” on fox news I might have a stroke”? Are you claiming the FBI planted the rifle, Dremel, and the engraved casing while also fabricating Robinson's texts, Ring footage, and Google Maps data? Then forced Lance Twiggs to lie about it in his sworn testimony? - The Discord confession timeline was confirmed in court. SBI Agent Brian Davis testified that Robinson arrived at the sheriff’s office at approximately 9:00 p.m. on September 11. His Discord confession was posted at 7:57 p.m. Utah time, about an hour earlier. He even said he would be “surrendering through a sheriff friend in a few moments.” - The defense has had Robinson’s forensic phone extraction and records from Apple, Google, Verizon, and AT&T since March, including 25,253 cell-site records. Those records can verify his location, tower connections, app activity, and communications. The defense has not claimed that his confessions were fabricated or presented an alibi placing him somewhere other than UVU. If they had bombshell evidence to free their client, why didn't they use it to stop the preliminary from ever proceeding to a death penalty trial? - Once again, you misunderstand DNA degradation. It does not reveal when DNA was deposited or who touched an object first or last. DNA can even be immediately degraded when it's first transfered to an item. The experts could not determine precisely how, why, or when the degradation occurred. Robinson is the major DNA contributor on the rifle, towel, and screwdriver. - The charging documents, supported by SBI Agent Brian Davis’s sworn probable-cause statement, say Robinson’s mother thought the suspect looked like her son and his father agreed. His parents were interviewed after bringing him to the sheriff’s office and may testify at trial. They likely recorded those interviews with the parents and may show this at the trial. - Turning yourself in for a crime does not automatically prove guilt, but it is highly relevant. Especially when combined with multiple confessions, the suspected murder weapon hidden near the scene, DNA evidence, both parents identifying him, Robinson identifying himself as the person in the footage ("it was me... look at the surveillance footage. it was me." "Hey guys, I have bad news for you all. it was me at UVU yesterday."), his partner recognizing him and recounting his in-person confession, a written confession note, and Robinson surrendering. A confession alone is objectively strong evidence and he confessed multiple times to multiple people. - Show me the evidence that Robinson was told police were going to SWAT his house and endanger his family. I have never seen any evidence supporting that claim. - Citing an old Andrew Wilson clip without context is silly. Intelligent people operating in good-faith update their conclusions as more evidence becomes available.
