Breaking: Oregon teen who devised an intricate terror plot to behead and bomb ICE agents at the Portland ICE facility was given a sweetheart plea deal. Rayden Tanner Coleman, 19, has been sentenced to just three years of supervised probation. Coleman was initially charged with 15 counts of serious offenses, including domestic terrorism. He pleaded guilty to two counts of unlawful manufacture of a destructive device. Colemanโ€™s terror plot included following agents home, severing their heads, and taking them as trophies. Investigators found him in possession of Molotov cocktails, surveillance equipment, tactical axes, military knives, and shovels.
