Let’s talk about how Jordan treats Palestinians: After Palestinian terrorists attempted to assassinate King Abdullah’s father King Hussein - twice - and after they hijacked four airplanes in the lead up to September 1970, the Jordanian military expelled and killed thousands of Palestinians. In 1951 King Abdullah I was assassinated via shooting by a Palestinian terrorist in 1951. Today by population, Jordan is effectively a Palestinian state and yet the people are ruled by King Abdullah - who is Hashemite. Since October 7 Jordan has refused to take in refugees from Gaza - calling it a “red line” and national security issue - all the while publicly complaining about Israel’s justified response to the worst terror attack in the country’s history.
