As more motorcycles return to our roadways, the LVMPD Traffic Bureau is reminding riders that proper training, licensing, and protective gear can make a difference. So far this year, 21 of the 83 traffic fatalities have involved motorcycle riders, and a majority of those riders were unlicensed. Each year, LVMPD officers respond to crashes involving riders who lack proper training or licensing. To help new riders learn the basics, Red Rock Harley Davidson is hosting a FREE hands-on Ride Day for individuals who have never ridden a motorcycle. 📅 Saturday, September 12, 2026 ⏰ 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. 📍 Red Rock Harley-Davidson: 2260 South Rainbow Blvd. ⭐ Additional training opportunities are also available for riders looking to improve their skills or obtain a motorcycle endorsement.
