𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀: • 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗿 & 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Own, execute, and defend statistically sound, audit-ready normalization, equating, and percentile-computation methodologies across all exams. • 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁-𝗚𝗲𝗻 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Spearhead the future of testing by successfully piloting Computer-Adaptive Testing (CAT), AI-assisted item generation, and automated essay scoring. • 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: Build, curate, and scale secure item banks with full Item-Response Theory (IRT) calibration and rigorous quality metrics. • 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: Drive measurable improvements in test fairness across language, gender, and socio-economic demographics through Differential Item Functioning (DIF) analysis and accessibility research. • 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Establish the NTA Standards Cell, publish annual technical/research compendiums, and forge active R&D collaborations with premier Indian (IITs, IIMs) and international institutions. 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗪𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿: • 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Ph.D. in Psychometrics, Educational Measurement, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science (AI focus), or Educational Psychology. • 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 12+ years of post-Ph.D. experience in assessment research or measurement science, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role at a major testing/research organization. • 𝗔𝗴𝗲: Preferably below 58 years (relaxations apply for exceptional academic/research credentials).
