Nicolette Glazer(@NicoletteGlazer):ERO officer confirmed this morning that people who are subject to final orders or reinstatements will not be trackable in the ICE detainee locator and that the only way for attorneys to track the location of their clients will be by calling/emailing ERO. For anyone without an attorney, basically they are in a black hole and cut out of all contact with outside help. This is definitely a retaliatory response to the habeas litigation filed for people in these categories which ERO is, of course, firuous about. Despicable.
