Excitement dropped to 22% from 36%. At the same time, 31% reported feeling angry about AI, up from 22%. Many have deep concerns that AI shortcuts make future learning harder, with 80% agreeing and 69% believe it makes people lazier, and 65% say it promotes instant gratification over critical thinking and real understanding.
