Former Destiny boss Mark Noseworthy thinks the new Witcher 3 DLC is a great idea, especially with The Witcher 4 on the horizon.
Sharing his thoughts on the announcement, Noseworthy said:
“Gets the Witcher (game brand) in the current gamer discussion and grows the audience for W4. Half a generation of players weren’t of age when W3 shipped.”
The Witcher 3 launched in 2015, and many of today’s gamers were too young to play it or weren’t gaming at all when it first came out.
A new expansion gives those players a reason to jump in while bringing veteran fans back to Geralt’s world.
More than 10 years after release, The Witcher 3 is still considered one of the best RPGs ever made
