Nintendo has won a court case in the Netherlands over Switch piracy devices, the District Court of The Hague ruled that selling devices that bypass the Switch’s security is illegal. The case mentioned MIG Switch Cards and MIG Switch Dumpers, devices that can be used to bypass the console’s security to play pirated games. The seller was using websites to sell the devices to customers in Europe that were mainly shipped from Asia. The court has now ordered the seller to stop selling the MIG Switch devices and other products that are made to bypass Nintendo’s security or an army of lawyers will sue them for life Nintendo has been fighting these products for years, the company also won a similar case in the Netherlands in 2010 against R4 cards for the Nintendo DS.
