A woman should never have to think twice and wonder if her spaces are being invaded. We re-introduced three bills to HOLD THE LINE: The Stop the Invasion of Women's Spaces Act bars biological men from women's restrooms, locker rooms, and changing rooms in federally funded schools, hospitals, shelters, airports, and more. The Protecting Women's Private Spaces Act protects sex-specific facilities on all federal property, including government buildings and military installations. The Prison Rape Prevention Act bans housing biological men in women's prisons, where female inmates have already reported sexual assault, and ends taxpayer-funded gender procedures for incarcerated individuals. We believe in protecting women, not erasing them.
