Pushed too hard yesterday.
Today I felt it.
Push-ups: broke at 70 and 90.
Sit-ups: broke at 60 and 80.
Jumping jacks: all the way.
Still finished. Still stacked the day.
Anyone else ever get taxed by yesterday's workout?
