Today, we're announcing a strategic partnership with Samsung Heavy Industries to accelerate the development of autonomy-capable maritime systems and technologies that strengthen America's shipbuilding industrial base. Building on our shared strengths in maritime autonomy and shipbuilding, we will explore advanced development of autonomy, AI-powered digital solutions, and production infrastructure, including robotics-based process automation across our shipyards. We're proud to have announced this partnership at the @CommerceGov event recognizing the launch of the Korea–U.S. Shipbuilding Partnership Center (KUSPC).
