Tom Holland says “if I want something, all I gotta do is say it in an interview and then a couple of years later it will come true.” And somehow, he’s been proving himself right for years. First, Holland said he wanted to work with Florence Pugh. “I wanna work with Florence Pugh.” He also predicted his own superhero future back in 2013: “What kind of superhero would I wanna play? Maybe... maybe Spider-Man in like 10 years' time.” Then he said he wanted to work with Mark Ruffalo: “I’ve always wanted to have more to do with Ruffalo, like...” Holland also named Christopher Nolan as a director he wanted to work with: “There are so many directors... On my mind at the moment is Christopher Nolan.” And even his gaming obsession turned out to be oddly prophetic: “My favourite video game is this little game called Uncharted.”
