$AMD beat across the board โ then fell more than 9% after hours.
The quarter was strong: revenue $11.54B, up 50%, past the $11.31B consensus. Data center led at $6.72B, up 107%. EPS $1.66 vs $1.62 expected.
The sell-off came from outside the print. On a separate call, Elon Musk said SpaceX will build entirely on Nvidia's Blackwell architecture and stop buying AMD chips, calling Blackwell the best available.
Strong numbers, but a headline customer signal cut the other way.
