🚨 A major Islamic Republic red line has just been crossed as Israel cleared and began destroying Hezbollah’s strategic Ali al-Taher stronghold despite the threat of a large-scale attack by the regime. The IDF describes Ali al-Taher as strategic Hezbollah infrastructure built over two decades with Iranian funding and planning, containing command centers, weapons stores and living quarters. Israel says its 36th Division established operational control above and below ground and cleared two underground complexes, with Hezbollah fighters either killed or forced to flee. The stakes are particularly high because Reuters sources said more than a dozen IRGC personnel, including at least two senior officers, had been inside. Israeli military sources dispute that claim, leaving their presence unresolved. Iran had reportedly warned through Oman that a full Israeli assault would trigger a large-scale Iranian response. Israel went ahead anyway. The IDF says it remains committed to the Lebanon ceasefire, but has warned it will respond forcefully to any Hezbollah attack on its forces.
