Most programs (plasma, etherfi, kast, RedotPay and so on) were never exposed because they never built the Solana rail. That is absence of a feature, not presence of security. Every affected user has now received their full refund, plus an additional 10% to each user. We worked closely with Rain and our security partners from identification through resolution.
