Last night, @hamburger and I had our launch party and live show @ Notion HQ for the Access pod we do together, featuring an on-stage conversation with Substack CEO @chrisbest about the future of media. A very SF thing happened: midway through the interview, @zoink, fresh off Figma's earnings call, walked in, raised his hand, and tried to ask a question, not realizing we were recording a show rather than doing a live panel. We unfortunately didn't see him from the stage, but he sent me his question for Ellis and I afterward, and I'm still thinking about it: "You have had the experience of being RLHF’d constantly by monitors at Business Insider and now other metrics at Substack. How did both of these RLHF methods make you feel? How did they change your behavior?”
