I supported @AbstractChain heavily from testnet onward. I created content, used the apps, onboarded people, defended the chain and genuinely believed in what the team was building. — Watching it shut down like this is brutal. What frustrates me most is that I had several calls where I was told major deals were signed and what was coming next would be massive. I know I wasn’t the only one getting those calls. So why were those conversations happening if this was where things were headed? — Then seeing more than $1M used to support the @pudgypenguins floor while so many Abstract users, creators and holders are getting crushed feels like an even bigger slap in the face. — I expected better from the team. Crypto already has a massive trust problem, and situations like this only make that worse. — At this point, saying North Korea hacked the chain and they had to shut it down might’ve been easier to understand.
