Cosmos Hub validators are coordinating with the affected teams to resume the network. Reminder: the Hub itself was not exploited. Validators independently paused the network following the Neutron governance exploit, which limited movement of stolen ATOM and gave exchanges time to act. Validators are preparing a network update, expected later today, intended to address the stolen ATOM currently held on the Hub.
