Nexperia, the Dutch automotive chipmaker, has tapped Tata Electronics to manufacture and package its power control chips (MOSFETs) in India, Reuters reports, the first major publicly announced foundry + packaging client for Tata, which has also been in talks with Analog Devices, NXP, others.
