This is a big development. Good to see the @SECgov taking the lead on rules for regulated tokenized stocks, proving that they see the shift to modernized finance as inevitable.
But we still need Congress to pass the CLARITY Act in September to create durable rules that protect the public and ensure America’s financial leadership.
