What are the chances @elonmusk drops his lawsuit against @sama and @OpenAI as frontier AI cooperation continues to deepen? If @SpaceXAI becomes one of the biggest providers of compute, why wouldn't @OpenAI be one of its biggest customers?

BREAKING: Elon Musk has dropped Apple from his antitrust lawsuit. He is still suing OpenAI. X Corp and SpaceXAI moved today to dismiss their claims against Apple in federal court in Texas. OpenAI is a defendant in the same case and they told the court those claims continue. The suit was filed in August 2025. It said Apple broke antitrust law by wiring ChatGPT exclusively into Apple Intelligence on iPhones and shutting rivals out of the deal. I read the filing. "The filing did not explain the reasons for dismissal or say if a settlement had been reached." So nobody has seen evidence of a settlement. Several outlets are printing the word "settle" anyway. Apple, OpenAI and Elon Musk's companies did not respond to yet. X Corp. et al v. Apple Inc. et al, 4:25-cv-00914, Northern District of Texas.
