Right now we're thinking about value capture through two paths: demand side and supply side. Demand side is about the activity itself. Growing use of block space and how we capture value from that directly. Supply side is a different lever, and it's where something interesting comes in: the minimum gas fee. Cheap gas isn't Avalanche's edge. Trust is. People use a chain because they trust it, not because it's cheap. And we're nowhere near where fee alone deters users. That's part of why ACP-283 proposed making the minimum gas fee dynamic. Validators vote on it and can adjust it because they directly benefit from transactions being priced correctly. A real equilibrium mechanism, not a fixed rule someone set once and forgot. Talked through this and more on the Layer One Podcast ๐Ÿ”บ
