1/ POSCO International and LG CNS have selected Injective to power its first ever blockchain-based trade finance pilot. South Korea's largest trading company has successfully completed a transaction using trade receivables generated through real commercial activity on Injective, marking a major step toward bringing one of the world's largest financial markets onchain. The pilot combines tokenized trade receivables, synchronized onchain records shared across participating organizations and AI-assisted review of Letters of Credit and trade documentation, creating a more unified workflow from issuance through settlement. Trade finance supports more than $5 trillion in annual financing, yet much of the infrastructure behind it still relies on fragmented records, manual reconciliation and disconnected systems. This collaboration demonstrates how shared public blockchain infrastructure can modernize global trade finance.
